Am supposed to go indoor rock-climbing tomorrow with GA. I haven't exercised in ages so I don't know how I will be at it.

I really should get out and do more exercise.

Rock climbing looks like great fun (the indoor, climate controlled, soft place to land kind anyway!). It also seems you'd use every muscle in your body so planning for a good soak after might be a good idea!

Spring has arrived here. The first hail was about 50 miles south, the first funnel cloud about 16 miles north. DH said we had a bad tstorm this morning but I slept thru it!

And quite possibly the day after that. And the day after that.

Hung out with Kate at the mall.... I learned what Victoria's secrets were for the first time. I was more embarrassed than Victoria.

Had a phone hearing today with SH over his *still* owing a bunch of child support. I requested it for an increase in the order, he got a decrease last year.

He says he can't pay bc now he's out of work. Because we couldn't agree it was set for a master's hearing. So she's giving a date and SH says oh, I work that day. Uh, WTF? So it was scheduled for his freaking day off.

Next time I'm taking a valium. As soon as I heard his creepy voice my back went in to spasms. Ugh.

Sonny is cute. What kind of fish is he? Is he a beta?

Renaeden, how was rock climbing? I've never been but it looks fun. Is it difficult?

I picked S up at the airport last Friday so I am glad he is back from his trip now. He seems less worn out than I expected him to be so I'm glad about that as well. When I had spoken to him on AIM during the week he talked a lot about how exhausted he was. On Saturday we went ice skating with my roommate and her husband (who was visiting) and it was a lot of fun. It's the end of the season and there were very few people there so it was much easier to move around than it was the last time we went skating and there were people everywhere. I also attended a going away party for one of my friends which was pretty enjoyable, though I am sad to see her leaving. She's been wanting to go for a long time now, though, so it is not a surprise.

I was pretty worn out from Sat. so I haven't done too much since then aside from work and start making a new D&D character for a new campaign we are going to run soon. Tonight S is coming over to watch some TV, though I'm not sure what we will watch.

Dear Friends

I could use some prayer and thoughts in the next 24 hours. Tomorrow at 11AM my finance Kate and I are going to court. As most of you are aware she has a guardian who has been violating Kate's rights. Even though someone on guardianship is protected they still have a right to send and receive phone calls, letters as well as receive visitors and do many other things. Katelyn's current guardian has blocked her from having these rights with me and a few other people and continues to do so. Her guardian has now petitioned the court after being confronted about her illegal activity to basically terminate our relationship by forcing no contact again.

Kate with me, and several others support have filed a petition to request a new guardian as well as transfer her guardianship to Kalamazoo County so she has easier access to her friends, brother and other people who are supportive in her life. By law the court has to handle Katelyn's petition for a new guardian first. The new guardian has accepted Katelyn so there should be no reason that would happen. If that happens the old guardian's petition should be moot. Both of us our however very concerned as Allegan Probate Court has been very stupid about following basic court procedure such as getting Kate a court appointed lawyer (it took over a week), giving Kate 15 days to make a case (they originally scheduled the hearing for less then a week later) as well as appointing a guardian ad-litem (one has not been appointed). Were worried that middle of no-where court rules will prevail over the law.

Were also very concerned that were going to have to relive the lies that have been told about us all over again and how well we will take that. Kate's lawyer and the people helping us assure us its irrelevant but it appears Kate's old guardian is trying to make it relevant.

We have a lot of help from some very knowledgeable people in the area, one of which has been hand holding the court to make sure they have been following the law. But I'm still scared and so is Kate. Please keep this in mind over the next day and please pray tomorrow at 11AM.

The rock-climbing went pretty well. GA and I went, along with two other people that GA knows from Facebook. Nice people they were. I climbed fully up one wall twice and sort of half-way up some other walls. They sort of have levels of difficulty and most were too difficult for me, heh. Same for GA. The other guy we were with, Mario, was like a spider up the walls. I think he had the most fun out of all of us.

I did end up pulling a muscle in my right thigh and that pain has just gone away today thankfully. My arms were a bit sore too. Despite that I do recommend indoor rock-climbing as something fun to have a go at.

I have been on furlough from work since the middle of February and a couple of weeks ago I was in the hospital because of a deep vein thrombosis in my left leg and some of the clot had found its way into my lungs  . So now I am now on blood thinners and blood pressure meds. I can return to work if work is available but that is not likely right now.
